BodySmart is a unique fitness training system in Ireland using the Power Plate® technology. Under the supervision of a trained fitness instructor, you perform a series of exercises designed to improve core and muscle strength, balance and coordination. Because it is low impact, the BodySmart training system is ideal for most people, regardless of their age or fitness level.
Each BodySmart exercise session lasts only 25 minutes, during which you get a full-body workout: legs, back, core, upper body.
The exercises are designed to work on a variety of fitness parameters, including strength, balance and coordination.
As BodySmart is a unique training system using technology (the Power Plate®) which may be new to you, we suggest you come in for a trial first. During the trial we will talk to you about your particular training goals, your current exercise habits and any recent or ongoing health concerns. Then we will bring you through a One to One personal training session on the Power Plate® just to give you a taste. We can then answer any other questions you may have and discuss payment options.
(Depending on which option you choose, a class can cost as little as € 6.)

Number of sessions
•Most people initially sign up for 12 sessions.
•These do not have to be completed within a specified time, but for more effective results we recommend 2 to 3 sessions a week. •However, it is important to allow at least 24 hours in between sessions to enable your muscles to recover fully. Booking your BodySmart session
•You can book your BodySmart session(s) by phone or at the time you come in to train.
•You can book for any time that suits, as there are training sessions every half-hour. •Text confirmation of the booking is sent to your mobile phone. Check the locations page for the opening times of your nearest BodySmart gym studio.
Cancelling your BodySmart session
•If you need to cancel your BodySmart session, we would appreciate as much as notice as possible, as we may then be able to give the slot to someone else.
