How much weight you can lose?
With DietDeli's weight loss meal plan and BodySmart's 3 times a week workout you can lose a stone in just 2 weeks; to do so you must strictly follow the programme as indicated by us, particularly regarding the daily schedule of the meals.

Recommended training times
The PowerPlate machine is a very powerful device, the best results can be obtained with just 3 sessions per week, 25 minutes each, every class offering a fully supervised, full body workout.

What kind of food is it?
The DietDeli nutritional food products used in the meal plans are delicious, portion controlled food that ensure you receive complete nutrition while losing weight, high in protein and low in calories. The product range includes soups, smoothies, shakes, puddings, bars, savoury dishes, desserts, soups, cereals, porridge and even pancakes.

Any health concerns?
Type 2 Diabetes
In general the DietDeli Meal Plans should be reasonable working toward balancing the blood glucose levels. Added protein in the supplements helps to reduce the glycemic load and the meal plans are based on typical diabetic exchanges. However we suggest clients to review the plans with their diabetes counsellor in case they need to rearrange any of the food selections in a day to have more balanced distribution of the carbohydrates at each meal or snack.
Hypothyroidism/Underactive Thyroid
Some people who have an underactive thyroid prefer to not have foods containing soy as it is thought that it may have a negative affect on the thyroid gland. If somebody has an underactive thyroid we advise trying a soy-free meal plan. Soy free products are marked on the preference sheets. Weight loss for people with Hypothyroidism can be slower but we have had success with our plans including foods with soy.
Recovering from Cancer
People recovering from some types of cancer also prefer to follow a soy free diet. Soy free products are marked on the preference sheets. Both the Total and Select Meal Plans are suitable.
Coeliac Disease
We recommend coeliacs or those who want a gluten free diet to follow the Select Meal Plan. We have marked the products which are gluten free. We do recommend that people with Coeliac check the ingredients of these products on the DietDeli website to confirm that they are suitable.
The Total Meal is NOT suitable for those who wish to have a gluten free diet.
Diary Intolerance
Our meal plans and foods are not suitable for those who have a dairy intolerance as the protein and other ingredients come from dairy sources.
Weight Loss Not Evident
If the DietDeli Meal Plan is followed correctly (plus the exercise), average weight loss is
1-3lbs. Some but not everybody may see a great amount of weight loss in the 1st week. If you are not seeing weight loss it is advised that the weekly dairy to be examined to see if the plan is fallowed correctly. Many people do not know that Fizzy Drinks (Coke etc) and alcohol do contain a lot of calories.
