It offers an exclusively Power Plate® environment, with classes each half hour taught by highly educated trainers who strive to obtain the best performance and results. Specialised training classes, such as the popular Golf and Ski classes, are offered for groups of individuals seeking similar results in sports performance. Others might be specifically interested in abdominal toning or increased flexibility.

There is a BodySmart studio in your neighbourhood, and the staff that work at the studio all know you by your first name. The instructor led classes contain a maximum of 10 members, offering exceptional individual attention to detail.
