How to get to the BodySmart studio

STUDIO LOCATION	The BodySmart studio is the second door on the left of the plaza across from the Grand Canal Theatre.
BY CAR or ON FOOT (from city centre)	Go along Pearse Street as far as the bridge; turn left at il valentino coffee shop (pedestrian walkway); continue straight on until you reach the Fresh supermarket on the left; turn left.
BY BUS	Take either the 1, 2, or 3 bus and get off at Pearse Street.
BY DART	Exit at Grand Canal Dock; walk as far as the traffic lights; turn left; cross the road to the Fresh supermarket then turn left.
PARKING	Paid parking near the studio at Grand Canal Theatre; parking also available on Pearse Street.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESS	The studio is on the ground floor.

Classes are held every half hour from:

Monday to Thursday 7:30 am to 9 pm

Friday 7:30 am to 7 pm

Saturday 10 am to 1pm

The studio is closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
