| STUDIO LOCATION | The BodySmart studio is the second door on the left of the plaza across from the Grand Canal Theatre. |
| BY CAR or ON FOOT (from city centre) |
Go along Pearse Street as far as the bridge; turn left at il valentino coffee shop (pedestrian walkway); continue straight on until you reach the Fresh supermarket on the left; turn left. |
| BY BUS | Take either the 1, 2, or 3 bus and get off at Pearse Street. |
| BY DART | Exit at Grand Canal Dock; walk as far as the traffic lights; turn left; cross the road to the Fresh supermarket then turn left. |
| PARKING | Paid parking near the studio; parking also available on Pearse Street. |
| WHEELCHAIR ACCESS | The studio is on the ground floor. |
Monday to Thursday 7:30 am to 9 pm Friday 7:30 am to 7 pm Saturday 10 am to 1pm
The studio is closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
